What is 2D to 3D image conversion?+

2D image to 3D model conversion is the process of converting your two-dimensional image to a three-dimensional model that matches the size and specifications you provide when inputting your order with Elora 3D.

How does the 2D to 3D conversion process work? +

The process is very simple! You provide us with your 2D image or sketch, the size and specifications for the object and we convert it into a 3D model within 24 hours of your submission. We can also place your model into a realistic scene for an additional fee. See our offerings page for more details.

What types of 2D images can be converted into 3D models?+

Any type of 2D Image can be converted into a 3D model. If you can imagine it, we can convert it to a 3D asset! We ask that you provide us with images in JPG, PNG, GIF, PDF or PSD format.

What industries use 2D to 3D conversion? +

A variety of industries use 2D to 3D rendering services. Gaming, architecture, interior design, furniture design, art and scuptural design, product design, medical imaging and more. Elora 3D can help you with any of your 3D image rendering needs.

What quality should I expect?+

o Our 3D models are created with a high poly count, typically 100-300K polygons per model. o Details, accuracy, and complexity will vary based on input. You can expect to see an accuracy of 95 percent for a piece of furniture, something complex such as a building design you should expect around 70 percent accuracy. Results will vary and are dependent on how many views we are provided, and the complexity of the designs. o Our 2D rendered images and videos are high definition and typically 4K quality.

How much does 2D to 3D conversion and rendering cost? +

Elora charges $180 for our base 2D to 3D rendering service. Click here to learn more about our services.

Do you offer different pricing packages based on complexity?+

We offer a flat rate price of $180 for our base 2D to 3D rendering services. From there we offer additional services including additional AI renderings of your image, and even renderings of your image in a photo-realistic setting created by our in-house design team.

Are there discounts for bulk orders?+

We’d be open to offering discounts for bulk orders, please reach out to info@elora3d.com to discuss.

Do you provide free samples or previews before purchasing?+

No, we do have samples of our work throughout our website. If you’re looking for something specific, please reach out to info@elora3d.com

What file formats do you accept for 2D images?+

We accept 2D images in JPG, PNG, GIF, PDF or PSD format.

What file formats will the final 3D model be delivered in?+

We deliver our 3D files in a variety of 3D formats for use in almost any 3D software, including: OBJ, FBX, USD, SKP.

What resolution or quality can I expect?+

All 3D models provided by Elora are high-resolution files that can be used in a variety of projects, presentations and more.

Can you add textures, lighting, and animations to the 3D model?+

Yes, we offer this as an add on fee, please reach out to info@elora3d.com for more details.

What software or tools do you use for rendering?+

We use our proprietary process to create beautiful 3D images.

How long does it take to render a 2D image into a 3D model? +

Our image rendering process generally takes 24 hours to convert an image from a 2D to 3D asset.

Can you handle urgent or expedited requests?+

Yes, we do offer expedited services, this is an additional $90 fee, that you can select on our payments page.

How will the final 3D model be delivered?+

All clients receive a secure Google Drive Link where their project files will be available for download.

Who owns the rights to the final 3D model?+

All customers own the rights of their images. We have an exclusive use to use our 3D created models and images for the marketing of our services.

Can I use the 3D model for commercial purposes?+

Yes, your 3D model is your intellectual property available for your use. Feel free to use it as you wish.

Do you sign NDAs for confidential projects? +

Yes, we can and do sign NDAs when asked for confidential projects.
